Your Personal Stress Management Lab**
Press Reset is a tool designed to help you discover and refine stress management practices through experimentation and observation. At its core, Press Reset focuses on Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a key indicator of how well your body manages stress. We hope by exploring various techniques like meditation and breathwork, you'll gain insights into your body's stress response and learn to balance your nervous system more effectively.
In this initial phase, we've introduced meditation and breathwork as our primary focus. These features allow you to experiment with two powerful stress management techniques. As we continue to develop, we plan to expand our offerings to include additional analysis and other wellness practices, providing you with a more comprehensive toolkit for managing your overall well-being.

Currently, Press Reset isn't publicly available on the App Store as we're still refining the app and addressing any issues. As one of our early testers, you have the opportunity to explore the app and provide valuable feedback. It retains all the existing capabilities of Zendō while adding some minor upgrades and improvements.
Since the app isn't on the regular App Store yet, we'll be using a tool called TestFlight. Here's how to get started:

Coherent Breath
The app guides you to achieve a balanced breathing rate of about 6 breaths per minute, known as coherent breathing. Here's how it works:
Heart Rate Analysis:
